We're building the platform African bid teams deserve
TRMS was founded in Harare in 2024 by a bid director and a procurement platform engineer who were tired of watching winnable tenders slip through the cracks. Today we work with dozens of bid teams across Southern Africa.
Our story
The first version of TRMS was a spreadsheet. It had columns for tender title, deadline, owner, and a colour-coded status. It lived on the founder's laptop and it ran the entire pursuit pipeline of a R250m business.
That spreadsheet kept growing. New columns for compliance. New tabs for content reuse. Macros to score win-fit. By late 2023 it was clear two things were true: bid teams across the region were running on something that looked exactly like that spreadsheet, and there was no real product built for them.
TRMS exists to be that product. We're obsessive about making bid teams faster, more compliant, and more successful — without asking them to change how they think about winning tenders.

Most tenders are won under deadline. The product has to be fast, and the team behind it has to ship fast too.
