Terms of Service

By accessing or using TRMS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

To access most features of TRMS, you must register for a workspace. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
• One user may not share an account with another individual

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service or for periods in which your account remained open but you did not use the service.

You agree not to use TRMS to:

• Violate any law or the rights of any third party
• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the platform

You retain all rights to the tender documents, draft responses, and other content you upload to TRMS (“Customer Content”). By using TRMS, you grant us a limited licence to host, store, and process Customer Content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

We may suspend or terminate your access to TRMS at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, including if you breach these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

TRMS is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall TRMS, its affiliates, or its licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Harare, Zimbabwe.
